Hi Goal Getter...
You’re a hardworking woman who’s done the work...you’ve been through hard sh*t, hit major milestones, and yet you feel stuck. You’re ready to stop just surviving and start thriving...on your terms.

Let's speak life into your goals.
I'm Tiffani Bibb
A former Chief People Officer, 15+ years in HR leadership, life-long career coach, and strategic advisor. I’ve lived failure, reinvention, and growth firsthand. I moved across jobs and cities, rebuilt (more than once), and climbed into the C‑suite...only to realize the real change I craved wasn’t around me, but within me.
Each pivot taught me one truth: success isn’t just what you do...it’s how you navigate change, shape your mindset, and take action in alignment with your purpose.
Now, I bring that experience to women who are ready to:
-
Overcome the fear that’s holding them back
-
Shift mindset from “I have to” to “I get to”
-
Break big goals into bite‑sized, achievable steps
-
Step confidently into their next chapter, with clarity, courage, and real impact

Together, we’ll decide what’s working, ditch what’s not, and build a strategy you can actually implement...not just think about. You’ll walk away with a clear roadmap, confidence to push through barriers, and momentum to make long‑held ambitions your reality.

This isn’t coaching for coaching’s sake. It’s transformation in motion, tailored to your life, your timeline, your goals.
A Look at My Journey
Does this Sound Like You?

-
You have big goals but get stuck turning them into clear, actionable steps (or you keep putting everyone else’s needs first)
-
You know you’re capable of more but feel overwhelmed about
where to start -
You value growth, learning, and meaningful connection over
quick wins -
You’re ready to be seen, heard, and supported as the whole
human you are -
You believe investing in yourself is the most powerful decision
you can make -
You’re afraid that starting over or trying something new will mean letting go of the security or identity you’ve built
-
You make progress for a few weeks but struggle to keep momentum once the excitement wears off or obstacles show up

A Few Fun Facts About Me
-
I love to read: Whether it's a development book, a memoir, or a romance novel, reading is my way of learning, escaping, and recharging. I probably have enough books to keep me busy until I'm 80.
-
Communication is my superpower: I believe words can change lives. From tough conversations to cheering on clients in coaching sessions, I’m never afraid to say what needs to be said.

-
I dance in the kitchen: My daughter and I have dance parties while making dinner. It’s a reminder that joy doesn’t have to wait until everything is perfect. Sometimes you just need music, movement, and a little bit of silliness to feel grounded again.
-
I’m passionate about turning ambitions into actions: Big goals are exciting, but they can also feel intimidating. I love helping people break them down into clear, manageable steps so they actually happen. Seeing clients go from stuck to unstoppable is why I do this work.
