I’m Tiffani Bibb, and I know that moment well. My journey started in the restaurant industry, took me through corporate HR leadership, and eventually into the C-suite as a Chief People and Culture Officer. I built a life around adapting to change, moving often, reinventing myself, and making things work. But one night in a restaurant, I realized I was tired of just reacting to life. I didn’t want to keep digging myself out. I wanted to build something on purpose.

That moment changed everything. I turned my love for change into a strategy. I stopped letting life happen to me and started leading it. Now, I help other women do the same.

Through coaching and consulting, I use my experience to help ambitious women and growing leaders overcome the fear of change, make powerful mindset shifts, and break their big goals into real, doable steps. You don’t need another pep talk—you need a plan, support, and a little push to remember who you are and what’s possible.
